After school programs in October:  Pickleball and Cardio Kids for kids 6 to 12 years of age.  NEW Teen Weight Training Program for pre-teens and teens ages 10 to 14.  Mid-morning Preschool Gym and Swim for little ones 3 to 5 years old.  Watch our Facebook page for more details on these great programs.
