Women’s Self-Defense Class for ages 16+ on November 2nd from 8:30 – 10:30 AM.  Register online HERE or at the Y front desk.

LIVESTRONG at the YMCA: A no-cost, 12-week program designed for cancer survivors will start at the end of November.
