6 Weeks Fitness Challenge Members only | $50 to join challenge 2 Crew workouts and 3 home workouts each week Crew meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays either 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM for 30 minutes Prizes given for most weight lost, most inches lost and greatest % of body fat lost

LesMills Barre is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday.

Bring a mat and join us for another Saturday morning of Barre. Class is free to non-members. Child watch available for $5.00 per child.
Starting April 6th there will be a new outdoor "walk to run" fitness class with Amy Heller and Stephanie Taliaferro. You'll find it on the April Aerobic schedule on Tuesday and Thursday nights @ 5:30 PM and again Saturday morning at 7:30 AM. For all fitness levels!

For boys and girls 3 years old to 5th grade (must turn 4 by October 2021 to play). $45 for members | $65 for nonmembers. Registration ends September 2nd. Scholarships are available for those who qualify. Scholarship applications are due by August 31st.
This training is for members only. Nonmembers may contact the Y front desk to have their name added to our waitlist for our next CPR training.
