Please note the following updates for Friday, January 10th and Saturday, January 11th

The Y will close on Friday, January 10th at 7:30 PM, and the large pool will close at 6:00 PM.

We will delay opening on Saturday, January 11th until 9:30 AM.  Thunder Basketball games scheduled for 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM have been canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date. Games set for 11:00 AM and beyond will play as planned.

We appreciate your understanding as we adjust our schedule to ensure the safety of our players, their families, and our staff during the icy and cold mornings.

New YOU Fit Crew Begins

6 Weeks Fitness Challenge Members only | $50 to join challenge 2 Crew workouts and 3 home workouts each week Crew meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays either 5:30 AM or 5:30 PM for 30 minutes Prizes given for most weight lost, most inches lost and greatest % of body fat lost    

LesMills Barre POP-UP class

POP-UP classes are free for all to participate.  Check in at the Y front desk, fill out a waiver and you're ready to go! LesMills Barre is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday.

Bring a mat and join us for another Saturday morning of Barre.  Class is free to non-members.  Child watch available for $5.00 per child.

Get Up and Go!

Starting April 6th there will be a new outdoor "walk to run" fitness class with Amy Heller and Stephanie Taliaferro.  You'll find it on the April Aerobic schedule on Tuesday and Thursday nights @ 5:30 PM and again Saturday morning at 7:30 AM.  For all fitness levels!
