An event every week that begins at 4:15 pm on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until October 25, 2023
Teen bootcamp and conditioning is designed for kids 10-14. With Personal Trainer Jake Norton and Sports Conditioning Specialist Lethabo Kedijang, your teen will be introduced to weight room workouts and active movement programs in the gym. This 6 week program is FREE for members and just $30 for nonmembers.
